DMES

For All Your Medical Needs

Who We Are

Expert Dealers — Here to Serve You

DMESC is a diagnostic medical imaging equipment trade-desk and broker. We receive "trade-in" equipment from OEMs, acquisitions directly from hospitals or medical imaging facilities. The equipment is then advertised and offered to dealers from around the world. The equipment offered on our website is sold "AS IS WHERE IS". There are no extended warranties expressed or implied. Most of our clients are knowledgeable dealers who are experts in providing installation and warranty service at the county of destination. The clients are responsible for inspecting and making sure that the equipment being purchased is in good working order prior to de-installation. DMESC does not offer any services related to the operability of the systems being sold herein.

Service You Can Rely On

Professional. Reliable. Qualified Suppliers.

Your Equipment in Safe Hands

All equipment shall be thoroughly inspected prior to removal to determine that the equipment being offered matches the actual system to be removed. Claims can be submitted only during the inspection period.

  • De-installation services to be performed by capable personnel. Most hospitals and private imaging facilities require proof of insurance to be provided before permission is granted for access to the equipment.

  • Riggers: most systems are heavy and require proper tools to be utilized by certified personnel only.

  • Equipment transportation and logistical services. Do not risk your investment by hiring regular cargo companies to move specialized equipment.

  • Equipment packing and crating services.

  • Equipment Storage companies (MRI or Specialized temperature-controlled storage).

  • Maritime or air cargo transportation including specialized MRI transportation to the destination.

Engineer Inspecting Gas Line

We highly recommend that a knowledgeable dealer with the following abilities is engaged at the country of destination:

  • Experienced import broker with knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to the importation of diagnostic medical imaging equipment importation (Radiation emitting or not) in your country.

  • A dealer capable of providing site planning services to make sure the proposed installation site complies with the equipment site planning guide and passed environmental checks to ensure proper installation of your medical equipment.

  • A construction company with experience in medical equipment construction who can engage with a project manager and architect.

  • A dealer with verified service capabilities who can be responsible for the proper installation of your asset. The dealer must possess the required tools to ensure the proper installation of your equipment.

  • A clinical application specialist to make sure your radiology technicians are professionally trained and able to maximize the use of your equipment.

We are familiar with stories of failed radiology projects all over the world; expectations were not met, equipment wasn’t properly sited or installed and hundreds of thousands of dollars were lost. Do not become a casualty. Building a viable Diagnostic Imaging Facility is not a cheap proposition. IF it is too cheap to be true it is often just that.
